How much service fee do you charge from workers who wish to work in Japan?
For the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program, we charge the Myanmar Kyat equivalent of USD 1,500, and for the Technical Intern Trainee program, we charge the Myanmar Kyat equivalent of USD 2,800.
How long are workers required to work in the designated job in Japan?
The working period depends on the visa category and employment contract. Under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program, workers are employed based on the contract period and may extend their stay according to Japanese immigration regulations. Under the Technical Intern Trainee program, workers are required to work in the designated job for the fixed training period stipulated by the program. In all cases, workers are expected to fulfill the agreed employment term in accordance with Japanese laws and regulations.
However, in some cases, SSW workers leave their designated jobs or change employers before completing one year of employment, which can cause significant losses for employers. Do you offer Japanese language courses? Up to what level do you provide Japanese language training?
Yes, we offer Japanese language courses for workers preparing to work in Japan. Our training covers Japanese language education from beginner level up to JLPT N3 level, including daily conversation, workplace communication, and job-related terminology to support smooth adaptation to the Japanese working environment.
